Hospital second-opinion programs price differently
Academic center remote second-opinion programs commonly price in the $1,500 to $2,500 range and return a clinical opinion from a staff oncologist, typically over several weeks. That is a different deliverable from a molecular interpretation, so the comparison is about scope, not just number.
Insurance and payment
Advisory fees are paid directly rather than billed to insurance. HSA and FSA payment is accepted. Every engagement begins with a free 15-minute call, and the fee for whatever comes next is agreed before work starts.
