Cancer treatment evolves rapidly. New approvals, updated guidelines, and emerging biomarker data may create options that did not exist when your plan was created. Use this checklist to identify gaps and have a productive conversation with your care team.
Comprehensive genomic profiling โ Have you had NGS testing (e.g., FoundationOne, Tempus xT, Guardant360)?
PD-L1 / TMB / MSI status โ Are your immunotherapy biomarkers documented and current?
Actionable mutations reviewed โ Has your team reviewed all reportable variants for FDA-approved therapies?
