One scientist, accountable for the whole case
MITOTICS® Biolabs is a precision oncology advisory practice founded and personally run by Kim Lockheimer, PhD, DFM, a clinical scientist specializing in molecular oncology and tumor biology. Cases are not handed to associates. All work is delivered by secure video or phone, worldwide.
- Independent: no referral fees, commissions, or relationships with testing vendors, pharmaceutical sponsors, or treatment centers.
- Confidential: HIPAA and CMIA aligned. Records move through a secure, access-controlled upload link, never by email.
- Scoped, not open-ended: every engagement is a fixed fee agreed in writing before work begins. No hourly billing, no timesheets.

How to refer
Three steps
- 1Contact Kim directly. A short email describing the situation in a sentence or two is enough. No records needed at this stage.
- 2Kim speaks with the client. Every engagement starts with a free 15-minute consultation between MITOTICS and the client or family, where fit, scope, and price are settled.
- 3You stay in the loop, as authorized. With the client's written authorization, advisors receive progress updates. Without it, everything stays confidential.
